Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Job Copilot (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Job Copilot, Pune, India.

2. Description of Service

AI Job Copilot is a job search management platform that provides application tracking, AI-powered job matching, analytics, and email digest reports. The Service is provided "as is" and we continuously improve and modify features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • One account per person; automated account creation is prohibited

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or our systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
  • Use the Service to harass, spam, or cause harm to others
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
  • Abuse rate limits or intentionally degrade service performance

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your Settings page. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days.

Refund Policy: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. After this window, no refunds are provided. To request a refund, email billing@aijobcopilot.in.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate for one additional billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by AI Job Copilot. You retain full ownership of the content you upload (resumes, notes, application data). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. AI Features Disclaimer

AI-generated content (job matches, insights, cover letter suggestions) is provided as assistance, not professional advice. AI outputs may contain errors or biases. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee that AI recommendations will result in job offers or interviews.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may connect to third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) using credentials you provide. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, terms of service violations on those platforms, or data loss caused by third-party service outages. Use integrations at your own risk and in compliance with each platform's terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Job Copilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination by contacting support.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
