Yes. The free plan includes basic application tracking, up to 25 tracked applications, and limited job discovery. Upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited tracking, AI matching, auto-apply, and email digests.

We currently support LinkedIn, Naukri, and direct company career pages. We are continuously adding new platforms based on user demand.

Our AI analyzes your skills, experience, preferred locations, salary expectations, and past applications to build a preference model. It then scores new listings against this model and surfaces the highest-match opportunities to you daily.

Email digests are periodic summaries sent to your inbox (daily, weekly, or monthly) containing your application stats, new matching jobs, pipeline insights, and actionable recommendations. You can customize frequency and content in Settings.

Yes. In Settings, you can add your own API keys for OpenAI or Anthropic Claude. This unlocks advanced AI features like cover letter generation and deeper job analysis at your own API cost.

Auto-Apply automatically saves and surfaces jobs that meet your criteria. You review them in a dedicated queue and can apply with one click. It does not submit applications without your approval.

When an application has been in "Applied" status for more than 7 days with no response, we surface it in your digest and dashboard as a follow-up candidate. You can customize the reminder threshold.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay. All payments are processed securely and you will receive invoices for every transaction.

Yes. You can cancel from Settings at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you are not satisfied. After that, cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past payments.

Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest), host on Supabase with row-level security, and never share your personal data with third parties without consent.

Never. Your application data, resume, and personal information are private. We do not operate as a recruiting platform and have no incentive to share your data.

Contact us at support@aijobcopilot.in and we will process your deletion request within 48 hours. All your data will be permanently removed in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Yes. We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023, including lawful purpose limitation, data minimization, and the right to erasure. Our privacy policy details all practices.
